We are Celebrating our 2022 Employees of the Year!
Mary Ann is celebrating her 10th year at Royal Carting, working in our accounting department. Mary Ann’s attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication to the team and company have made her a standout employee.
Chris is celebrating his 20th year working at Welsh Sanitation as one of our route coordinators! His positivity, dedication, extensive knowledge, and ability to empathize with our customers truly exemplify our core values. Chris’ commitment to excellence and positive attitude is truly an inspiration to us all.

Spring Cleanup is Approaching.
Are you looking forward to opening the windows and clearing out your home? Spring cleaning is one of the best times to get rid of any clutter, update your spaces, or tackle a big project. Here are a few of our best tips:
- Start with the most important areas of your home, such as the kitchen or bathrooms.
- Declutter first.
- Do not forget about your outdoor spaces, such as the porch and patio.
- Take it one room at a time. Cleaning can be overwhelming.
- Rent a roll-off dumpster. Dealing with a lot of trash is no longer an issue with our roll-offs.
We are Community Focused.
We are very proud to be a part of this community and to have the privilege of calling you our neighbors. Over the course of 2022, we participated in parades, fundraising events, and community days. We brought trucks and drivers to Touch-a-Truck events, and more. Apart from our time spent in the community, we also donated over $175,000 to local organizations!
We understand how essential it is to give back and look forward to another year of supporting our community.
