Tonjia Minotti: The New Maintenance Production Administrator
Meet Tonjia Minotti, the newest addition to the Royal Carting team as our Maintenance Production Administrator (MPA). Although she is just three weeks into her role, Tonjia already makes a great impression.

Dave Tice: A Journey of 27 Years
Dave Tice’s career at Royal Carting is a testament to growth and continuous learning. Starting 27 years ago as a recycling driver, Dave has worked his way through multiple roles, including dispatch, scale master, route supervisor, and now operations supervisor.
“Never a dull moment in the garbage business,” Dave says, reflecting on the myriad opportunities Royal provided him over the years. His dedication and adaptability inspire all of us to keep learning and growing every day.
Anthony Constantino: 27 Years of Excellence
Joining Royal Carting in 1998, Anthony Constantino has played a vital role as our Controller. His efforts in process improvement and digital transformation have left a lasting impact on the company.
“This has been both rewarding and challenging. Over the past 27 years, I’ve been fortunate to work for and with outstanding people. Working for Emily Panichi was a privilege for which I’ll always be grateful,” says Anthony.

Marlon Maradiaga: A Family-Oriented Environment
When Marlon joined Royal Carting in 2014, he embraced the family-oriented workplace and opportunities for growth. With time, he earned his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a milestone in his professional development.

Skylar has forever changed the landscape of our team by becoming Royal Carting’s first female sanitation worker and a role model for others.
