A New Customer Portal is Coming Soon

At Royal Carting, we’re committed to serving you better every day. That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our new KUBRA customer portal, designed to enhance your experience and provide stronger privacy protection.

The new KUBRA customer portal will be live effective the morning of March 21st.
You will be directed to this portal from the Pay Online button on the Royal Carting Website.

The existing customer portal will be deactivated on the evening of March 19th.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access account details or make payments between the time the existing customer portal is deactivated and the KUBRA customer portal is launched.

Our upgraded portal is intuitive and easy to use, giving you seamless access to account details, billing, and payment options.

Enhanced Privacy Protection

Your security matters to us. The new portal includes advanced features to safeguard your personal information.

More Control, Better Service

With streamlined functionality, managing your account has never been simpler.

What We Need From You & Things You Need To Know

  • Go to your current OSG portal and make sure that your contact information is up-to-date.
  • There is no need for customers to update their credit card or bank account information.
  • Customers will need to change their password when initially signing in to KUBRA. No future password resets will be required.
  • SMS text services will not be activated upon initial go-live. This feature will be activated in the near future.
  • Scheduled Payments will not migrate to KUBRA. Any customers with scheduled payments will need to re-establish these in KUBRA.
  • The “Remember Me” functionality for credit card and bank account information will not migrate, although this functionality is available in KUBRA.
  • KUBRA allows you to select a preferred payment date.
